Two Nights In A Row

If someone wanted to share guaranteed sleep remedies, I would be most appreciative.

Because I could really use the sleep.

  1. Double dose of melatonin, earplugs. That's the only thing that's ever helped me (no longer applicable having a tiny baby who insures I don't get more than five hours a night, obviously...)

  2. It should have occurred to me that it is pointless to complain about not getting any sleep when I don't have a child. Sorry 'bout that.
